We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team in the heart of Kelowna. As a 3-7 year call, you’ll thrive in our fast paced, collaborative environment, working on diverse and challenging litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice and guidance.
• Skillfully draft a range of documents including agreements, pleadings, and court submissions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating a deep understanding of the law.
• Advocate for dispute resolution processes that fit the needs of the client.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment, commercial, or construction law.
• Proven expertise in drafting legal documents and representing clients in court.
• Strong commitment to the ethical practice of law and client-focused solutions.
• A current member of the Law Society of BC (or eligible to become a member).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Our firm offers a friendly, relaxed and flexible work environment, an annual associate allowance, and a transparent bonus structure based on clearly communicated targets. The salary range for the Litigation Associate opportunity at Pihl Law is $100,000 - $130,000.
